A short driving lesson from our experienced staff and you will be on your way to creating memories that your family and friends will talk about for years to come. Explore beautiful Norris Lake in style with a seven-bedroom houseboat from Beach Island Resort and Marina.
Our houseboats include all the comforts of home with six queen size bedrooms and a bunk room. In the kitchen you will find full size appliances, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. In the living room you will find satellite TV and sectional couch for catching the game or watching DVD movies. On the top deck you will have a blast hosting your family and friends. This area is fully equipped with chairs, tables, lounge chairs, full bar with keg cooler, water slide, hot tub, and fly bridge with controls.

All rates do not include tax (14.25%) and fuel. A $600.00 Deposit is required at time of reservation. Full amount is due 30 days prior to boarding date. The $600.00 reservation deposit becomes the damage deposit at time of boarding, and is refunded in full within 7 business days, provided there are no damages.
